If you need to have pow­er dis­con­nect­ed or trans­ferred out of your name, call or vis­it our Gold­en­dale or White Salmon office to sched­ule. Please pro­vide an updat­ed for­ward­ing address at this time so we may ensure you receive your final bill. Dis­con­nect requests must be received 2 busi­ness days in advance to ensure KPUD can accom­mo­date. KPUD does not go back retroac­tive­ly.

If you need to have pow­er tem­porar­i­ly dis­con­nect­ed for ser­vice alter­ations or repairs, Klick­i­tat PUD pro­vides that ser­vice for free. Tem­po­rary dis­con­nects may need to be sched­uled a min­i­mum of a week in advance, so please plan accord­ing­ly. Con­tact either office and your request will be rout­ed accord­ing­ly.
