Change Your Bill Due Date

If you need a more con­ve­nient due date, we can change it. To choose a new date, your account bal­ance must be cur­rent. Week­ends and hol­i­days may cause your cho­sen date to fluc­tu­ate slight­ly. Your first bill fol­low­ing the date change will reflect a dif­fer­ent billing peri­od, which may cause pro­ra­tion of some charges on your bill. This will only occur on the first bill. To choose your bill due date, call cus­tomer ser­vice.

Autopay

Set up recur­ring pay­ments using bank draft, deb­it or cred­it card via SmartHub or call cus­tomer ser­vice for more infor­ma­tion.

Set Up a Budget Payment Plan

Our bud­get pay­ment plan means your bill is the same each month. First, your account bal­ance must be zero. Your month­ly rate is cal­cu­lat­ed based on your usage dur­ing the last year, so you need to have been at the same address for at least a year. Billing amount recal­cu­lat­ed each May unless there is a seri­ous rise in usage. Bal­ance due imme­di­ate­ly if the account is can­celed or changed. Sign up at SmartHub or give us a call.

Please note: bills are due 15 days from the bill date, plus a 10-day grace peri­od before a late notice is issued. The bill is past due 25 days from the bill date, and a $10 late fee and 1% inter­est fee will be added to the unpaid bal­ance. Con­tact cus­tomer ser­vice before your bill becomes delin­quent to make pay­ment arrange­ments and avoid fees and penal­ties.
