Pay by Phone

Pay your bill quickly and securely using a variety of methods 24/7 at 855–938-3577. You can also choose how to pay future bills.

Change Your Bill Due Date

If you need a more convenient due date, we can change it. To choose a new date, your account balance must be current. Weekends and holidays may cause your chosen date to fluctuate slightly. Your first bill following the date change will reflect a different billing period, which may cause proration of some charges on your bill. This will only occur on the first bill. To choose your bill due date, call customer service.

Set up recurring payments using bank draft, debit or credit card via SmartHub or call customer service for more information.

Set Up a Budget Payment Plan

Our budget payment plan means your bill is the same each month. First, your account balance must be zero. Your monthly rate is calculated based on your usage during the last year, so you need to have been at the same address for at least a year. Billing amount recalculated each May unless there is a serious rise in usage. Balance due immediately if the account is canceled or changed. Sign up at SmartHub or give us a call.

Please note: bills are due 15 days from the bill date, plus a 10-day grace period before a late notice is issued. The bill is past due 25 days from the bill date, and a $10 late fee and 1% interest fee will be added to the unpaid balance. Contact customer service before your bill becomes delinquent to make payment arrangements and avoid fees and penalties.
